The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Payment for registration of property rights depends on the type of property preferred by the investor, Freehold or Leasehold, and ranges from 1.1-6.3% and is divided in half between the developer and the investor.

The payment system is distributed during construction.
The monthly utility costs are THB 10,000 and include:

- cable TV
- transfer to Kamala beach
- maintenance of a private and shared garden

Two systems of investment income are proposed:
5-8% per annum with the possibility of staying in the villa for 30 days in the low season May-October, and 7 days from November to February.
Distribution of income 60% - to the investor, and 40% - to the managing company of the digging, without limiting the time spent in the villa for the investor.
