"Extraordinary Nature" is a design concept for a residential project located in Kathu, Phuket Province, Thailand. The design of the project draws inspiration from the natural elements of the area, including the sea, sandy beaches, and hilltops, which are renowned features of Phuket. The goal of the design is to create a living space that seamlessly integrates with nature and embodies the quintessential Phuket lifestyle.
The project features three residential buildings, each eight stories high, with a total of 706 units. The units vary in size, ranging from studio apartments with an area of 24.00 to 24.75 square meters to one-bedroom units spanning 28.25 to 34.75 square meters and two-bedroom units measuring 49.75 to 52.50 square meters.
The heart of the project is a spacious and modern resort-style clubhouse, which is distinct from the residential buildings, providing a sense of privacy for the residents. The clubhouse offers a wide range of facilities for the residents to enjoy, such as a swimming pool and garden views. The atmosphere of the clubhouse is designed to be welcoming and soothing, with natural elements of wood and stone complemented by vibrant furniture, reminiscent of a chic café.
The living experience at "Extraordinary Nature" caters to various needs and moods. For those who need to work, there are complete functions for serious work tasks or private working pods for focused solitude. On the other hand, if residents want to relax, they can enjoy the massage chair while taking in the serene views of nature and the private garden.
The outdoor spaces in the project are equally inviting, with an oversized swimming pool that offers dedicated zones for active and passive activities. There's a lap pool for serious swimmers, a kids' pool with an overflowing water curtain for family fun, and a relaxing pool shaded by sprawling trees.
