The space
Modern one-storey villa built with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and double sinks. The two double bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom with double vanities. There is also a guest WC and a dedicated laundry room. Living room equipped with Smart TV, large kitchen with all supplies, laundry room. Outside the villa has a large garden filled with tropical plants. Large private swimming pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi, sunbed, outside shower. In the garden you can enjoy a barbecue with Thai-style kitchen.
The open plan living area features a U-shaped, gloss white kitchen with modern appliances. It extends into a breakfast bar seating area. The cozy lounge features a L-shaped sectional and a smart TV. The dining area seats six and leads onto the outdoor terrace.
The terrace has features additional seating and a BBQ area with a Thai-style kitchen. The large, private swimming pool has a waterfall, jacuzzi, sunbeds, and outside shower. The garden is filled with tropical plants.
The villa is well located just a few minutes’ walk from the bustling village of Kamala with its wide variety of restaurants serving both Thai and international cuisine, many bars, shops and other amenities including the long sandy beach.

Here are some tips :
1. Villa only can accommodate 4 people, if you need an extra bed, please contact us , we will arrange one for you as soon as possible, 500 baht per person a day.
2. We charge 7 baht per kilowatt-hour for electricity（Water, WIFI and cable TV are free) and Please switch off all electrical appliances before leaveing room.
3. Smoking is not allowed indoors，but we offer a smoking area in the garden.
4. Parties are banned in the community , and please keep quiet after 23:00.
5. In order to keep the house clean and tidy , Please take off shoes before entering the room.
