VP1 is a large villa in a private estate - in a beautiful tropical forest located at the north end of Patong Bay in a quiet seaside town called Kalim.
Only 5 minutes from Patong Beach ... the center for night life, restaurants and shopping. Yet it's private and secluded at the villa. Only 5 minutes north to Kamala beach and 10 minutes to Surin Beach for a different experience.
They built a new hotel near the villa .... some seaview was lost – but there is still a very nice one from the top floor. Pool deck is private from the hotel. There is no noise coming from the hotel and the hotel is across a deep water stream – so nobody from the hotel will be coming near the villa. (There are no hotel facilities at the back of the hotel)

Every bedroom has a full en-suite with shower, except one of the double rooms (number 6) has a bathroom en-suite with toilet and basin, but no shower.
15 meters of main Pool … its only 1.2 meters deep, so you can stand in it and have a beer. Plus a Children’s pool 5 meters x 5 meters in size and 20cm deep. Upper level - main building has very large living area, combining kitchen, dining and lounge. THE PRICE INCLUDES: Daily maids on duty 8am to 5pm for service. (Sundays & public holidays off). - Maids can shop and prepare breakfast. 15% surcharge on shopping done by the maids.
Regular towels & linen …… Electricity is charged to the guest at the govt. rate. Water is 1,600 bt per month, from our mountain source. It has only run dry for a couple of days, a few times in 12 years. If it does happen, guests are responsible for cost of truck water.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COST:
- Taxi minivan service on call. Pay per trip like a taxi point to point, or rent whole/half days.
- Chef service for lunch or dinner would need to be arranged separate and extra cost. (subject to availability)
- Restaurant food deliveries can be used easily - You can use the villa kitchen your selves of course - In villa massages (suppliers will come to the villa)
