the Complex consists of two one-story buildings surrounded by a tropical garden of 1500 m2. The first building is a 3-bedroom Villa, the second consists of four apartments of 51 m2, each with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room and other apartment area of 87 m2 consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom in this apartment is designed, primarily, to stay in the family. All apartments are located on the ground floor with a large terrace and large shared pool.
