•Construction for block 1 has already commenced and is estimated to complete by mid 2023. Construction of blocks 2 and 3 are estimated to take approximately 24 months (+/-6 months) to complete from the commencement date.
•A one (1) year warranty is offered from the date of handover and completion of construction.
•Fixed furnishings (wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and built-in appliances) is included. Loose furniture, artworks and amenities are not included but are available to purchase separately.

Rental Program
•40% share of net room revenue
•Reserve fund shall be set aside for future capital replacements / refurbishments at 3% in year 1, 4% in year 2 and 5% from year 3 onwards of net room revenue
•Rental payments shall be subject to applicable withholding tax
•Rental payments shall be made quarterly
•Owner shall be responsible for any income and other taxes arising which may be levied by relevant authorities on the villa in connection with the rental program
