The Space
Expansive glass doors blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, filling the villa with natural light and showcasing the sparkling Andaman Sea.
The open-plan living and dining area overlooks the 12-meter infinity pool, while interiors are tastefully styled with contemporary furnishings, classic wall art, and unique Asian artifacts. The fully-equipped modern kitchen allows you to prepare meals comfortably, or hire a private chef for a tailored dining experience.
Step outside to the pool deck — one of the best places to enjoy a dramatic Phuket sunset. Lounge on comfortable sunbeds, enjoy a refreshing swim, and take in the unforgettable sea views any time of day.
The villa offers four spacious bedrooms for up to eight guests:

• 1 large twin bedroom
All feature dark wooden floors, ensuite bathrooms, and sliding glass doors opening to the outdoors for a serene retreat.
Note: The living room is an open-plan tropical design with high ceilings and ceiling fans. There is no air-conditioning or television in the living room — exactly as shown in the photos. Air-conditioning and TVs are provided in the bedrooms (TVs in 3 out of 4 rooms).

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:
• Turn off air-conditioning when not in use / when leaving the villa
• Do not open windows when air-conditioning is on
• No smoking indoors (balcony permitted)
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay
• Loud parties / amplified music disturbing neighbors are not allowed
• Check-in available only at pre-confirmed times (not 24 hours)
• No glassware inside the swimming pool
• Local tuk-tuks (taxis) are not permitted inside Katamanda Estate
