Electricity policy for long stays: Stays of 28 nights or more will be charged for electricity at 6 THB per unit based on actual usage.
Security deposit: 600 USD or 20,000 THB collected on arrival (or held via credit card), fully refundable pending inspection.
Location & Neighbourhood
Just a five-minute walk to Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach, known for their white sands, turquoise waters, and lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy activities such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, and surfing, along with plenty of beachside cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and local markets.
The villa is also a short drive from major Phuket attractions including Big Buddha, Kata-Karon Viewpoint, Nui Beach, and Chalong Bay. Whether you prefer adventure or relaxation, everything is close at hand.
House Rules
• Turn off air-conditioning when not in use or when leaving the villa
• Keep windows closed while air-conditioning is running
• No smoking inside (balcony is permitted)
• Only registered guests may stay overnight
• No loud parties or music that may disturb neighbours
• Check-in time must be confirmed in advance (no 24-hour check-in)
• Do not bring glassware into the pool area
• Local taxis (Tuk-tuks) are not permitted inside the estate
