House Rules
We kindly ask all guests to respect the following:
• Turn off air-conditioning when not in use or when windows are open
• No smoking inside the villa (balcony permitted)
• Only registered guests may stay overnight
• No loud parties or amplified music that may disturb neighbours
• Please provide accurate check-in time (24-hour check-in not available)
• No glassware in the pool area
• Local Tuk Tuks are not permitted inside the Katamanda Estate

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, balcony terraces, and fully equipped kitchen.
BBQ use requires the assistance of a cook/chef.
Other Things to Note
• Cleaning service included 3 times per week
• For stays of 28 nights or longer: electricity charged separately at 6 THB per unit (metered)
• Security deposit: 800 USD / 25,000 THB, collected on arrival and returned at checkout pending damages
• Deposit may alternatively be held by credit card
